At HER TENNIS, we want you to feel confident when you order from us. If something is not right, our team will do our best to make it right quickly and fairly.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items should be returned in a reasonable condition with all original packaging included when possible.

Racquets, Paddles, Balls, and Court Gear

We understand that court gear may need to be inspected or lightly tested.

Racquets and paddles may be returned after reasonable trial use, as long as the item has not been heavily damaged, modified, or misused.

Returns may not be accepted if the item shows clear signs of damage beyond normal use, such as deep cracks, major chips, intentional modification, or damage caused by improper storage or misuse.

Tennis balls, accessories, bags, and apparel should be returned unused or in like-new condition when applicable.

Please include your order number and a short note about the issue. Once your return is approved, we will send you the next steps.

Protected / Insured Shipping

Every order is shipped with care, and eligible shipments include tracking and delivery protection.

If your package is lost in transit, stuck with no movement, or confirmed lost by the carrier, we will help resolve it. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement order or issue a refund after the carrier review is completed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it quickly and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, we will help cover the solution.

For standard returns due to preference, sizing, change of mind, or exchange requests, customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.

Please package returns securely. Items that are damaged during return shipping because of poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing after we receive your return.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, contact us and we will help you choose a replacement.

If the replacement item costs more, you may be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, we may refund the difference or issue store credit.

Final Sale Items

Some promotional, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange. If an item is final sale, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
